The By Cody Online Franchise process starts once a definite interest in the franchise is confirmed and a Franchise Compatibility Profile is completed and handed in to us for our review.

The procedure for acquiring a franchise is based on:

		Franchise Compatibility Profile review
		Interview(s) to determine if the potential for a good business relationship exists
		Corporate objectives & timing for location under review.

The franchise canidate would then ensure that financing can be secured. Once that is complete then By Cody Online determines an appropriate location to operate your business. Our hope it that you can start by running the business out of your home to reduce costs and look at moving into a suitable location as your business grows.  After the location has been finalized, an estimate of the overall costs for shelving, computers and inventory is provided. Following this, a standard Franchise Agreement is executed and monies sufficient to cover the franchise fee must be deposited with By Cody Online.

While business setup is in progress, we assist in providing management training and staff training to familiarize the franchisee with the online operations and items such as cost control, inventory control, purchasing, administration, management, product knowledge and sales training. This includes determining an appropriate initial product inventory prior to opening.

Successful applicants are expected to complete an extensive one-week training program at our existing home office. In conjunction with the training, By Cody Online will provide experienced staff availability for the first week to ensure the business is running smoothly. 

Operation of all our Online Businesses is monitored and appropriate back-up assistance is provided to continually improve service and performance.
